Other Information
The Society helps residents in many ways, including:
- gas vouchers for medical appointments and treatments
- hearing aids
- dental procedures
- eye exams & eyeglasses
- ramps for the handicapped
- lift chairs
- medication purchases
- medical supplies (crutches, walkers, canes, etc.)
Mission
The Highland County Society for Children and Adults is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist Highland County residents with the cost of medical supplies, etc.
Program Qualifications
You MUST be a Highland County Resident for at least 90 days
Assistance is NOT income based unless requesting hearing aids.
