Mission
Reduce poverty and help low -income families in Ross County by connecting them with resources while at the same time, educating and respecting those who need their assistance.
Highland County Community Action offers services to individuals and families who meet income guidelines. Applicants must provide proof of income for the past 30 days, a valid ID, birth certificates, and Social Security numbers for everyone included in the application. Proof of address is also required, which can be shown with a current piece of mail.

Donations:
The agency does not accept donations from individuals. Limited donations from private businesses may be accepted.
